Disk usage analyzer – find large files

If your hard drive is full and wondering where all the large files are on your computers hard drive, there is a program that makes it very easy to narrow down.  Disk usage analyzer by Extensoft is pretty awesome.  Best of all, it’s free!

Once you launch the program, it starts scanning your entire hard drive to find what is where.  Click on each folder and sub folder you would like to get more detail on, and you can drill down to any specific folder until you find the source of the problem.  It can save you alot of time hunting around for something you don’t even know what you are looking for.  It could be a couple large files, it could be millions of tiny files.  Who knows!  But whatever is chewing up your disk space, this will help you find it.
