Get a free website – Make your blog look like a website

Everyone wants something free! Here’s a free tip on how to get a free website. Basically, create a blog and modify it to look at a website, like I’ve done with this blog by adding pages. You just need to know how to create a username and password for yourself (same as setting up anything else) and you need to know how to type. If you can write emails, you can write blogs. Although some people don’t write subjects in their emails. That would be a problem with blogging, because you have to write a subject (title).

If you’ve done blogging before, you’re already half way there. If you already have a blog and want to make it look more like a website, all we need to do is create additional pages. Since a blog is just one big page with all your blog posts and it archives somehow, you can’t really organize it like an actual website where you have pages you can visit with static information. I’ll show you step by step here how to do it.

Go to edit your blog by one of two ways.
1. Click the button to add a new post, then you’ll see the tabs in the next point below
2. Or click “Design” in the top right corner of your blog and you’ll see the new template page, which is just recently new. Click “Back to blogger” to go to the old view and continue with our next point below.
When you go to edit your blog, you’ll see several tabs including (Posting, Settings, Design, and Monetize).
Under the Posting tab, you’ll see other links below including (New Post, Edit Posts, Edit Pages, Comment Moderation).
Click on Edit Pages.
You can add or edit pages here. It’s just like writing a new post but it’s only one post per page. To edit your page you are editing that post that is on that page. Simple.
Now just plan your layout, how many pages you want for what, edit your template, colour scheme, etc. and it can all be found through this same section under “Settings”.
This here blog of my has a page I added as of the writting of this post and I may create more, so you can see it as an example of what you can do. You can choose the placement of your page links and mine is at the top of this blog in the form of tabs.

So if you have a business, and you don’t have a website. No more excuses! You can do it yourself, 100% free and all you need is to spend a little time. Just a bit, and you can take your time doing it for 5 minutes a day if that’s all you got, until you have it how you want. Then you can keep going back and making changes anytime you like.
