No. Microsoft Office has never been and most likely will never be included with Microsoft Windows.
There is some confusion with this. Computers you purchase from major brand names include trial versions of Office software, anti-virus, and some other programs sometimes. People usually seem to read the large print saying “Office comes with Windows”, but if they took the time to read the fine print it says “60 day trial version” or whatever the trial happens to be for that program.
You can download a trial version of Microsoft Office 2010 from http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ and you can choose from the various versions available.
If you want an unlimited free option for Office software, try something www.openoffice.org which allows you to read, create and edit Microsoft documents. This is legally free, never expires and has been improving over several years now.
